These terms apply when you access or use the Ashwamedh Gurukul website and learning services. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms and any instructions shown for a particular course or feature.
Accounts
Give accurate information when registering and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell the team promptly if you believe someone else has used it. The team may limit or suspend access when an account is used to harm the service or other people.
Learning materials
Courses, lessons, recordings, documents, and other learning resources are provided for education. They may be revised, replaced, or removed as course content changes. A course page will show its available content and access conditions. Learning material is not a substitute for professional advice where specialist advice is needed.
Course creators and submissions
Creators must have permission to submit the text, images, recordings, and files they provide. Submissions may be reviewed, returned for changes, approved, published, or removed under the course review process. Creators keep rights they already hold in their work and give the Foundation permission to review and display approved material as needed to provide the course.
Acceptable use
- Use the site lawfully and respect other learners, creators, and staff.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or upload harmful code.
- Do not copy or redistribute protected course materials without permission.
- Do not submit content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
Fees and third-party services
Any fee, access period, or donation condition will be shown before you make a purchase. Donation, video, and online meeting features may be supplied by external providers and are also subject to their terms.
Availability and changes
The team may update these terms and the website to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The current version will be posted here. Features may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance or because an external provider is unavailable.
